| use | firm blue B salt is a colorant used to determine various compounds. It has been used to demonstrate esterase activity; it can stain enterochromaffin cells and cells damaged by free radical oxidation; it can be used as a reactant/reagent to prepare phenanthroline-type shapes in a one-pot method with a couplet-persistent fluorescence large cycle. Strong blue B salt is a dye and metabolite. Mainly used for the determination of various biochemical substances: such as protein; enzyme; bilirubin. histochemistry is used for diazotization coupling reaction, phosphatase verification, paper chromatography determination of flavonoids, amines and phenols, 0.5% aqueous solution can be used as developer, thin layer chromatography determination of aflatoxin, protein stain. |
